Shrewsbury's award-winning market hall is open on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays, featuring a plethora of stalls selling a wide range of locally made produce. In the nearby village of Dorrington, a short walk will lead you to a Persian restaurant and The Horseshoes gastro pub. Just a short drive away, The Pound public house is open all day, serving a magnificent cooked breakfast from early in the morning.
